Notice: Over the past year, leadership from NMSA met with officials from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) about the Federal Housing Agency’s Claims Without Conveyance of Title (CWCOT) program. On Tuesday, February 25, HUD announced changes to the program in line with NMSA’s advocacy.
